Mikaël brings abundant experience and a passion for creative innovation to his new role. With a background closely linked to fine arts, Mikaël has continuously pursued process optimisation and new kinds of creative problem-solving throughout his career. This same level of commitment to excellence and innovation follow him into his new position.
For almost two decades, Mikaël has navigated through diverse array of roles, progressing from classical generalist artist to senior positions such as CG Supervisor, Head of CG and Head of Operations, as well as his last role at Rodeo FX as Vice President of Creative Operations. He has overseen the successful execution of such well known projects as Lord of the Rings, John Wick: Chapter 4, The Little Mermaid and Fantastic Beasts. Mikaël's talent for crafting innovative strategies and fostering high-performing teams have earned him a reputation as a leader in the visual effects industry.
