Vizrt Viz Trio 4 improves graphics delivery with a new customisable interface, faster graphics turnaround, simpler live data integration and more control for operators in cloud, virtualised or on-site environments.
Viz Trio 4 has a straightforward, customisable new interface that operators can use to adjust the application to their own monitor set-up and preferences, and move content on-air faster with minimal error.
The operator can personalise and adjust the Viz Trio window components to suit their particular way of working and their set-up in the OB van or studio. Also, it can be operated from the cloud, in a virtual environment or on-site, lending a high level of agility and efficiency to live broadcast teams.
“Viz Trio is a critical part of AE Live’s ability to deliver our services,” said Tom Hanson, Product Manager at AE Live, a company that captures and manages data, and uses it to enhance graphics content. “Our operational team needs a great deal of flexibility to manage graphics workflows while working at major sporting events. The new customisation options across the Trio 4 UI interface will both help the operators manage their day-to-day challenges better in terms of efficiency and workflows and, ultimately, improve our service to clients.”
Using the new data integration process in Viz Trio 4, users can rapidly set up a live data source, accelerating data-centric, real-time graphics workflows to support dynamic, data-driven stories more easily. Accurate graphics build audience trust and engagement, and viewers rely on them to deliver facts.
Viz Trio 4 now supports Sportzcast -- live data that is sourced directly from scoreboards and delivered to partners in real-time. Sportzcast integration means that an operator can play out real-time data graphics from scoreboard systems, saving time and resources. Furthermore, in upcoming releases, the list of data providers will grow, making custom data development less necessary. www.vizrt.com
