DigiBox will distribute NewTek’s entire software-defined video production portfolio in the UK and Ireland for the first time, including TriCaster, 3Play replay systems and PTZ cameras.
DigiBox, a value-added distributor operating for the past 25 years across the broadcast, proAV and postproduction markets in the UK and Ireland, is now working with IP video developer NewTek.
NewTek develops devices and software used to create and distribute network-style television content. It is also a partner of NDI VoIP transport standard and codec. NDI supports real-time, ultra-low latency video over existing IP video networks, and currently connects billions of devices.
A recognised, long-term supplier in the UK and Ireland region, DigiBox will be distributing the entire NewTek portfolio of software-defined video production tools including the TriCaster family, 3Play video replay systems and PTZ cameras.
Also known as specialists in IP systems, DigiBox have worked with many products that support the NDI protocol since its launch in 2015 and have been advocates of its varied applications, ranging from broadcast to boardrooms.
